“One of us has to go”

Pete was captivated by the story of Oscar Wilde’s final moments. As Wilde grew weaker, he lay in a room adorned with bright, flowery wallpaper that seemed to taunt him. In his trademark wit, he reportedly quipped, “One of us has to go,” before passing away. Pete has equipped him here with a wallpaper scraper to give him a fighting chance!
